|
Collaborating with visual artists, musicians, and architects she has created installations and sound sculptures in locations including hospitals and botanic glasshouses, harbour ports and art galleries. Her acoustic art for radio has been commissioned and broadcast in Australia, the UK, Europe, and North America, and has won international awards. During the 1980’s she performed as an improvising vocalist. Having grown up in the southern United States, she moved to Australia after studying Political Economy at the University of California, Berkeley. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Sound from the Australian Film, Television and Radio School. | |
